With over 30 years of experience in Government, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, and Marketing Communications, Nic has a diverse professional background. He has worked on political and departmental campaigns, provided consulting services to Government and Multi-Nationals, and worked as a media adviser to Australian Commonwealth Cabinet Ministers. Nic is also a Commissioned Officer, and currently serves as an active reservist with the Royal Australian Navy specialising in Public Affairs.

Stephen has comprehensive experience in location and studio producing as well as directing, writing, editing and camera. During his 19 years in broadcast, he was the series producer of 3 national television programs. Stephen is the consummate storyteller who absolutely loves working with clients to deliver powerful web video solutions that help grow their businesses. Favourite film: Anything by Steven Spielberg.

TK – or Theo – is the head animator for Vmation and is always looking for an excuse to order bubble tea. His prime skillset lies in being a jack of all trades, conjuring creative frameworks and collaborating with clients to make engaging, brand compliant content. Give him a brief and some parameters and he’ll make it work! If it’s a bit silly – even better. Primarily, he enjoys digital illustration, with a focus on storytelling. His favourite films outside of horror flicks are The Mummy (1999) and Pacific Rim.

Natasha doesn’t take herself too seriously and finds the fun in everything. She is the ultimate team player and loves to help others on their projects – or just bake cookies for sharing in the office. This flexibility permeates her creative style with a wide range of styling in her designs. She loves to learn new things, whether this is new workflows or new mediums. Her favourite films are The Twilight Saga.
