Nic Hawkins
DIRECTOR
Nic has a diverse professional background, with more than 30 years experience in Government, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, and Marketing Communications. He has worked on political and departmental campaigns, provided consulting services to Government, Multi-Nationals and NGO’s, and as a staffer to Australian Commonwealth Cabinet Ministers. Nic is passionate about service and is an active reservist with the Royal Australian Navy specialising as a Senior Military Public Affairs Officer.
Lydia Tomkins
GENERAL MANAGER
With over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Lydia has a diverse skill set encompasses leadership, project management, strategic planning, and fostering collaborative environments, which are crucial in driving business growth and brand recognition.
Lydia has a proven track record of effectively leading the Vmation team and coordinating complex projects to deliver high-quality outputs. Her experience also spans the creation of multimedia graphic design content, websites, and instructional design eLearning courses tailored for diverse industries. This includes leading the design and development of safety eLearning packages, visual content creation with a strong adherence to branding, which require a deep understanding of instructional design and technical production.
Stephen Bergin
HEAD PRODUCER
As a Television and Media professional, Stephen possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of areas within the industry. With 19 years of experience in broadcast, he has excelled as the series producer of three national television programs. His expertise extends to content development and creation, producing, writing, directing, location and studio producing, post-production and camera work. Throughout his career, he has successfully led production teams of various sizes, demonstrating his ability to work within tight budgets and fast turnaround times. Stephen’s true passion lies in storytelling, and he thoroughly enjoys collaborating with clients to deliver compelling web video solutions that drive the growth of their businesses.
Stephen’s dedication to his craft and his ability to deliver exceptional results make him an invaluable asset in the field of television and media production. With his extensive skill set and commitment to client satisfaction, Stephen consistently brings creative and innovative ideas to life, ensuring the success of every project he undertakes.

Izzy Paine
SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
Izzy is our Senior Instructional Designer, specialising in turning complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences. With a background in UX, multimedia design and illustration, she creates bespoke eLearning modules, 2D animations, campaigns and visual assets that are both creative and strategically aligned.
Collaborative, organised and calm under pressure, Izzy has led end-to-end design on high-profile projects for major organisations, delivering learning that feels on-brand, visually polished and genuinely impactful.
A curious maker and lifelong learner, Izzy throws herself into creative projects in and out of work. She’s usually drawing, painting, weaving, sculpting, collaging, crocheting or knitting.

Natasha Jenner
SENIOR ANIMATOR
Natasha, our very talented senior animator, is a vibrant and cheerful member of our team. His expertise spans across digital illustration, and animation. With her lighthearted approach to life, she brings an infectious sense of fun to everything she does. Natasha’s ability to find joy in even the simplest of tasks makes her a pleasure to work with, as she infuses positivity into our workplace.
Natasha’s creativity knows no bounds, as she explores various styles and techniques in her animations. Her designs display an impressive range of aesthetics, showcasing her versatility as an artist. This open-mindedness and eagerness to explore new horizons contribute to the fresh and innovative nature of her work.

Isabelle Dominguez
ANIMATOR
Isabelle is a creative storyteller with a passion for bringing ideas to life through engaging and inspiring visuals. With a love for animation and design, she is constantly exploring fresh techniques and styles to ensure her work remains innovative, dynamic, and impactful. Whether through motion graphics, illustration, or visual storytelling of complex topics, Isabelle thrives on creating content that captivates audiences and leaves a lasting impression.
Her creativity is fuelled by a deep love of animated films, books, and music, all of which inspire her unique artistic voice. Isabelle finds joy in weaving emotion into her projects, drawing from the same sense of storytelling she admires in her favourite artists. Passionate, curious, and always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, Isabelle brings both technical skill and artistic vision to every project, making her a valued collaborator and a true creative force.

With experience across studios and agencies including the University of Queensland’s Poche Centre for Indigenous Health, she’s skilled at taking complex ideas and translating them into clear, story-led content that connects with diverse audiences. A quick learner and dedicated creative, Stephanie is driven by a passion to use her craft to make a positive impact in the community.
